摘 要:目的:了解温州市某医院护士职业情感和社会支持现状,探讨两者的相关性,为增强护士职业情感提供新的思路。方法:采用护士职业情感问卷和社会支持量表对421名护士进行问卷调查,并采用Pearson相关分析法和分层回归分析法分析探讨护士职业情感与其社会支持的关系。结果:护士职业情感总分为(3.17±0.72)分,社会支持总分为(36.46±1.77)分;Pearson相关分析显示,职业情感总分及各维度得分与社会支持总分及各维度得分均显著正相关(均P<0.05);分层回归分析显示,对支持的利用度、主观支持和客观支持均为护士职业情感的预测因素(P<0.05)。结论:护士职业情感和社会支持水平均较低,社会支持是职业情感的影响因素,应该加强社会支持的力度,从而改善护士职业情感,稳定护理队伍。Objective: To investigate the nurse professional affection and social support, and analyze the relationship between them so as to provide a new perspective to improve the professional affection of nurses.Methods: 421 nurses were investigated by the Professional Affection Scale and the Social Support Scale.The Pearson correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used to explore the relationship be-tween professional affection and social support in nurses.Results:The total scores of professional affection and social support were (3.17 ±0.72) and (36.46 ±1.77) respectively.The scores of professional affection were positively correlated with the social support (P〈0.05).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that the utilization of social support, subjective support and objective support all turned out to be predictors of nurse professional affection.Conclusion:The nurse professional affection and social support are at the low level.Social support for nurses will be neces-sary to strengthen in order to effectively improve their profession affection and stabilize nursing team.
