摘　　要：改革人才培养模式,突出实践能力培养,推行"校企合作",在"校企合作"实践过程中,存在着许多问题,针对问题,提出应对策略,达到了学校、企业、学生三方利益共赢,为职业院校实施"校企合作"提供了范例。AThe purpose of academic-industry partnership is to reform the education model and to strengthen students＇practical skills The paper presents common issues involved in academic-industry partnership and proposes solutions.
