摘 要:教师权力贯穿于教育、教学和师生关系之中,是教育科学研究的重要问题。近二十年来,国外教师权力研究演化可分为四个阶段:第一阶段(1995-1999)侧重探究师生关系与教师权力;第二阶段(2000-2003)重视教育教学过程中的教师权力;第三阶段(2004-2009)关注教师权力的影响因素;第四阶段(2010-2014)注重教师权力的微观层面研究。国外教师权力研究呈现出由宏观权力向微观权力、由硬性约束权力向软性权力、由教师权力向其影响因素、由教师控制权力向权力共享等演进的特征。Teachers" power is a vital issue of educational science research, which runs through the process of educational activities and the relationship between teachers and stu- dents. Nearly twenty years, the research evolution of teachers" power aboard could be divid- ed into four stages: Firstly, focusing on the teacher-student relationship and teachers" pow- er from1995 to 1999 ; secondly, attaching importance to teachers" power in the process of ed- ucation and teaching from 2000 to 2003 ; thirdly, paying close attention to influential factors of teachers" power from 2004 to 2009; lastly, following with interest the micro level of teach- ers" power from 2010 to 2014. Overall the study of teachers" power aboard presents several characteristics which could be summarized as follows, the focused area of frontier research has been changed from macropower to micro- power, inflexible constraint to flexible im- pact, teachers" power itself to its influential factors and teacher-controlled condition to pow- er-sharing status.
