摘　　要：信息与网络技术的发展在带来社会进步的同时,也不断撕裂既有的伦理规范。信息社会存在的伦理困境无法回避,诸如隐私与个人信息安全、网络与信息安全、侵犯知识产权行为以及信息自由权利的滥用等。通过加强网络技术监控和管理、完善相关法律法规、强化道德主体的道德自律以及倡导正能量的网络信息舆论等诸多路径,反思与探寻化解信息社会的伦理困境将对当下社会伦理构建有所助益。The development of information and network technology brought social progress, at the same time, also contin-ued to tear the existing code of ethics.Ethical dilemma of information society has been unavoidable, such as privacy and personal information security, network and information security, intellectual property violations and the abuse of the freedom of information rights etc.By strengthening the network monitoring and management, improve the relevant laws and regulations, strengthen the moral self -discipline and promote positive energy information network public opinion and other route.It will be helpful to establish the social ethics, through reflection and seeking to resolve ethical dilemmas in the information society.
