VHL基因突变与肾透明细胞癌CT影像学特点的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨(von hippel-lindau,VHL)基因与肾透明细胞癌CT影像学特点的关系。方法本研究以中国肾透明细胞癌患者为研究对象,提取基因组DNA、应用聚合酶链反应扩增VHL基因片段后进行Sanger测序,结合CT影像学表现进行相关分析。结果 98例肾透明细胞癌患者纳入本研究,其中53例(54.1%)患者存在VHL基因突变。VHL基因突变在肿瘤边缘清晰(P=0.041)与否及肿瘤内是否有新生血管形成(P=0.006)有显著差异。结论 VHL基因突变可影响肾透明细胞癌CT影像学表现。Objective To investigate the relationship between Von Hippel‐Lindau （VHL） gene and the CT imaging char‐acteristics of renal clear cell carcinoma .Methods This research was conducted to understand renal clear cell carcinoma pa‐tients in China with the genomic DNA extraction ,and analyzed the VHLgenetic fragment amplified by Polymerase Chain Reaction （PCR） based Sanger sequencing ,and compared with CT imaging .Results In all ,98 renal clear cell carcinoma patients were identified ,VHL gene mutation was detected in 53（54 .1% ） of eligible patients .VHL gene mutation around the tumor tissue with a clear edge or not （ P=0 .041） showed significant difference from neovascularization （ P=0 .006） . Conclusion VHL gene mutation could affect CT imageing manifestations of renal clear cell carcinoma .
