摘  要:探讨超微粉碎银杏叶对生长育肥猪生产性能、血清及肝脏抗氧化功能的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组平均日增重均有所提高,料重比均有所降低,但差异均不显著;0.25%超微粉碎银杏叶组血清丙二醛含量显著低于对照组,各组间血清总抗氧化能力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶及总超氧化物歧化酶活性差异均不显著差异;各组间肝脏总抗氧化能力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶及总超氧化物歧化酶活性、丙二醛含量差异均不显著。生长育肥猪饲粮中超微粉碎银杏叶适宜的添加水平为0.25%。This experiment was conducted to explore the effects of ultrafine grindingGinkgo biloba leaves (UG)on the performance,blood serum and liver antioxidant capacity in growing-finishing pigs.Results were found as follows:compared withthe control group,daily weight gains were observed on average in test groups,while the feed to gain ratio reduced.However,relevant differences were not obvious.The concentrations of MDA in the group with 0.25%UG added was significantly lowerthan that of control group in serum.There were no big differences on T-AOC,GSH-Px and T-SOD activities among all thegroups in serum.In addition,no differences were observed on the T-AOC,GSH-Px,T-SOD activities and concentrations ofMDA among the groups in hepatic.In conclusion,0.25%of the ultrafine grindingGinkgo biloba is a proper level adding intogrowing-finishing pigs'diet.
