摘 要:通过添加漂白粉、多菌灵、青霉素、氨水等不同抑菌剂以及其添加量来研究其对丢糟降解液无蒸煮乙醇发酵的影响。不同抑菌剂发酵实验结果表明,漂白粉、多菌灵以及青霉素均较空白组有较好的发酵效果,还原糖的利用率和乙醇产率均增大,产酒率也增高。影响效果依次排序为:漂白粉>多菌灵>青霉素,而氨水不适合用于丢糟降解液的乙醇发酵;由最佳浓度实验结果表明,当漂白粉添加量为0.015 g/50 m L时,其产气量和最终的酒精度均高于其他组,其酒精产量达到了1.77 m L/100 m L,较空白组增加了近24.6%。In this study, the effects of adding antibacterial agents in different kinds (bleaching powser, carbendazim, penicillin and ammonia wa- ier) and at different doses on ethanol production without steaming or cooking from the hydrolyzate of spent grains were investigated. The experi- mental results suggested that, compared with the contrast group, the groups of bleaching powder, carbendazim and penicillin had good fermenting offects by increasing the utilization rate of reducing sugar and ethanol yield (specifically, bleach powder〉carbendazim〉penicillin), while ammonia water was unsuitable for ethanol fermentation. Besides, the experimental results showed, as the adding level of bleaching powder was 0.015 g/50 mL, the production of gas and the final ethanol content were higher than the other groups, especially its ethanol yield could reach up to 1.77 mL/100 mL, increasing by nearly 24.6 % compared with the contrast group.
