摘　　要：通过校际协作跨学科协同教育的实践,提出了对医学院校人才培养的影响和重要作用。同时在分析协同教育实践过程中存在问题的基础上,提出相应的措施,从而促进协同院校共同发展。Based on the practice of interdisciplinary collaboration through intercollegiate cooperation,the authors analyze its effects on and role in talents nurturing for medical colleges. It also discusses the problems in the process of collaborative education practice and proposes corresponding measures so as to promote the common development of collaborative colleges and universities.
