摘　　要：以往在城市进行的法学专业实践存在局限,有必要开辟农村这个新的"阵地"。当下的我国农村社会对法律产生了迫切的需要,这为法科学生在农村开展专业实践提供了可能。农村的法学专业实践包括普法宣传、法律援助、解答法律咨询、社会调研等多种方式。这些实践方式对于提高法科学生的专业素养、综合能力,促进就业均有积极的意义。The previous law practice implemented in the cities are blemished with many limitations; now it is necessary to develop rural areas as the new base of law practice. China＇s rural society has urgent need of law,which provides the opportunity for law students to engage in professional practice in the countryside. The rural professional practice of law includes law popularization, legal aid, legal advice, social investigation, etc. These practices have positive significance in improving the students professional knowledge, comprehensive ability, and their employment after graduation.
