摘  要:独立学院人才培养目标是要培养应用型人才,这就需要建设一支既有扎实理论知识,又有丰富实训经验的培养应用型人才的"双师型"教师队伍."双师型"队伍建设的有效途径有多种,而其中通过校企联合实现队伍建设的模式最行之有效.我国校企联合模式存在一定的矛盾冲突.对校企联合模式存在诸多矛盾进行分析的同时,提出了解决矛盾的相应建议.The independent college personnel training objective is to cultivate applied talents, which requires the construction is both a solid theoretical knowledge,but also have rich experience of application-oriented training of"double type teachers ". There are many effective ways to double teacher type team building, and among them through school enterprise joint implementation of team construction mode is the most effective. In reality,there are conflicts between school enterprise cooperation modes. At the same time, analyses of school enterprise cooperation modes there are many contradictions,and put forward some suggestions to solve the contradiction.
