摘　　要：英国翻译家弗莱彻的《英译唐诗选》及其《续集》是唐诗专集"走向世界"的第一次尝试。它们的选材体例、格律体与戏剧独白诗体的翻译方法极具特色,而且弗莱彻的首创之功具有重要的文学史意义,并对当前中国文化、文学"走出去"战略具有重要的借鉴价值。The Gems of Chinese Poems and its sequel, rendered by the British translator William Fletcher, are the first attempt of special corpus to introduce Tang Poems to the world. There are many distinguishing features among their editing style, meter and dramatic-monologue poetic translating tactics. What＇s more, Fletcher＇s innovation is of great significance in the history of literature. And the two translated anthologies have much referencing value to promoting the Strategy of Chinese Culture and Literature＇s ＂Going-out＂ .
