体育院校理工科专业创新人才培养体系构建与应用绩效研究

摘　　要：创新人才培养已成为国内外高等院校教育改革的重要方向,体育院校理工科专业要想在激烈的市场竞争中占据一席之地,亟待构建创新人才培养体系来解决发展过程中遇到的难题。武汉体育学院理工科专业在摸索办学过程中,建立了适合体育院校的理工科专业的创新人才培养体系,包括:"主体—主创"的人才培养理念,"综合创新"实践教学体系,"学术竞赛促进实践创新"的培养策略,导师负责制"兴趣小组"形式的第二课堂,"以科研促进教学"的培养机制。该体系在几年的教学实践中,取得了喜人的成果:学生实践创新能力大幅提升,人才培养质量得到明显改善,教师业务能力整体提高。Innovative talents training has become an important direction in the education reform of university education,to the fierce competition in the market place,we urgently build innovative talents training system to solve the problems encountered in the development process.In the process of running,science and engineering department in Wuhan institute of physical education constructs innovative talents training system which suits sports colleges.The system includes：＂learning subject,instructing subject,creators＂training concept,＂integrated innovation＂practice teaching system, ＂academic competition promoting innovation in practice＂ training strategy,the second class in the form of ＂interest groups＂ which is responsible by instructors, ＂scientific research promoting teaching＂ training mechanism.The system has achieved gratifying results after several years＇ practice：student＇s practice and innovation capacity has increased significantly;quality of talents training has improved obviously,teachers＇ profession ability has been raised clearly.
