摘  要:目的探索案例-模拟教学法与德国四步教学法应用于低年资护士急救技能培训的效果.方法 将72 名急诊科低年资注册护士(工作年限〈5 年)随机分为试验组和对照组.对试验组采用德国四步教学法;对照组采用案例-模拟教学法进行ALS 培训.结果:试验组操作成绩明显高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论:针对低年资护士急救技能培训采用德国四步教学法效果更为理想.ObjectiveTo explore the effects in the first-aid skills training of junior nurses with German four-step teaching method and Case-Simulation teaching method.Methods:A total of 72 junior nurses of less than 5-year work experience were randomly divided into two groups,36 receiving the German four-step teaching method and 36 receivingthe Case-Simulation teaching method to training the ALS. Result:The results of the experimental group were better than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion:The effect is moreideal to the junior nurses for the first-aid training with German four-step teaching method.
