摘 要:目的:观察磁性抗菌沸石的体外抗菌效果。方法采用浓度梯度稀释法,测定磁性抗菌沸石颗粒混悬液的最低抑菌浓度和抑菌率。结果磁性抗菌沸石颗粒混悬液对10种需氧菌的抑菌浓度在10~100 m g/L ;最低抑菌浓度的磁性抗菌沸石颗粒可抑制所选的10种需氧菌,抑菌率均大于99.0%。结论该磁性抗菌沸石对医院感染常见的革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌均有较强的抑制作用。Objective To investigate the in vitro antimicrobial performance of magnetic antimicrobial zeolite . Methods The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of the suspension and the bacteriostatic rate of magnetic an‐timicrobial zeolite were measured by concentration gradient dilution method .Results The concentration of magnetic antimicrobial zeolite in inhibiting common Gram‐positive bacteria ,causing nosocomial infections ,were 10 -100 mg/L .The magnetic antimicrobial zeolite could inhibit the selected ten kinds of aerobe under the MIC ,and the bacterio‐static rate was higher than 99 .0% .Conclusion The magnetic antimicrobial zeolite could be efficient in inhibiting common Gram‐positive and Gram‐negative bacteria .
