奥巴马执政以来美国社区学院发展的机遇、主要政策及面临的问题

摘　　要：奥巴马执政后,为提振美国经济,将教育作为改革的重点之一。社区学院由于其在促进就业方面的优势也迎来了发展的新机遇。奥巴马提出了"美国毕业计划"等一系列针对社区学院发展的政策措施,其对社区学院的重视程度可谓前所未有。但是,由于政党的意见分歧以及社区学院本身所存在的教学质量和教学效率等问题,社区学院这一时期的发展依旧没能迈上坦途。Obama took education as one of key field of reform after his being in power. Community college meets the new development chance for its advantage in pushing employment. Obama drew a series of policies and initiatives aimed at community college development such as ＂America Graduation Initiative＂. It is unprecedented to attach great important to it. However, the development of community college in this time is still in deep water for some reasons ,such as political differences of opinion, the quality and efficiency of teaching in community college.
