摘  要:二语学习中的理想自我概念是Drnyei提出的二语动机自我系统中的核心部分,是影响语言学习的强大动力。本文从重要性与可能性出发,通过对1185名在校大学生的定量研究,揭示了二语理想自我对于学习动机的不同影响,验证了其双重特性对于学习动机的贡献,使Drnyei的动机理论具有更好的解释力。同时,为实际教学中如何帮助学习者树立理想自我目标,从而提高其学习动机提供了有益借鉴。The Ideal L2 Self is a powerful motivator in L2 learning,which was first introduced by Drnyei as the key component in his L2 Motivational Self System.From the aspects of Importance and Possibility,the paper,using aquantitative method,explores the contribution of the Ideal L2 Self to L2 learning motivation and empirically demonstrates the important role played by the two aspects of the self-concept in the prediction of L2 motivation,which has increased the explanatory power of Drnyeis self-guided motivational theory.The results may also provide insightful suggestions on how to help learners set valuable and realistic self-goals and therefore develop a higher learning motivation for EFL classroom teaching.
