摘　　要：法学实践教学是体现法律职业教育、培养学生法律实践能力的一种重要方法。目前,我国法学专业实践教学体系很不合理,实践案例教学法、专业实习等未能很好考虑法律职业的现状、趋势及学生的实际需要。法学实践教学不应以学校、教师为本位,不能闭门造车,也不能言必称美国,而应当立足于法律职业与法治建设情况,坚持学生本位,让学生参与到实践教学改革中,最大限度地实现学生的综合利益。The practice of law is an important method of developing law students＇ practical ability in law teaching vocational education. At present, China＇ s professional practice teaching system of law is unreasonable without con- sidering the current situation and trends of legal profession and needs of students in case teaching and professional internship. Chinese law teaching should be based on Chinese legal profession and rules of law instead of copying US style. It is also better to change from teacher or school -based teaching to student -centered model by allowing students to participate in teaching reform to maximize interests of students.
