基于“双核”能力培养的文秘类专业核心课程改革

摘　　要：本文通过文秘类就业岗位群分析,提炼出文秘专业的"双核能力"——专业核心能力及职业核心能力,阐述如何根据"岗位职责—能力—课程—课程目标"的思路来构建文秘专业核心课程体系,并以广东外语艺术职业学院文秘专业为例,进一步阐述如何在专业核心课程的目标设置、内容安排、考核评价等方面进行改革,以提高学生的综合素质与就业能力。This paper analyzes secretarial jobs group, and extracts the ＂dual-core capabilities＂; as profes-sional core capabilities and occupational core capabilities. And according to the idea of ＂Responsibilities to ability to Course objectives＂to build a professional secretarial core curriculum. Taking Guangdong Teach-ers College of Foreign Language and Arts as an example, the author elaborates specific measures on goal setting of professional core curriculum, teaching content arrangements and evaluation to improve students＇ comprehensive quality and employability.
