摘　　要：高职院校学生逃课现象已成为教学管理工作中亟待解决的问题。逃课现象具有普遍性、差异性及选择性等特征,主要是学生自我约束力差、教师教学能力不足、学校管理欠缺等因素所致。为此,高职院校应全面改革与完善学校管理制度,加强学生理想信念教育,提高学生的学习积极性和主动性,同时,进一步提升教师的教学能力,努力创建有吸引力的课堂,以抑制学生逃课现象。Vocational College Students skipping phenomenon has become teaching in the management of problems to be solved. Skipping phenomenon is universal, difference and selectivity characteristics, the main difference is the students’self-binding, lack of teaching ability, lack of school management and other factors. To this end, a comprehensive reform of vocational colleges should improve school management system, strengthen students’ideals and beliefs of education, improve student learning enthusiasm and initiative, and to further enhance the teaching ability of teachers strive to create an attractive classroom, in order to suppress students skipping phenomenon.
