玉米肽对脑卒中康复患者生化指标及运动能力的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨玉米肽对脑卒中康复患者生化指标及运动能力的影响,为玉米肽作为天然运动营养补剂提供依据。方法选取2013年9月—2014年6月中国医科大学附属第二医院收治的男性脑卒中患者24例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组12例和对照组12例。均在康复训练后独立进行太极拳训练3个月,试验组口服玉米肽4周,对照组口服安慰剂4周。分别测试治疗前后生化指标:血清血红蛋白、肌酸激酶、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛、睾酮水平及10 m步行时间。结果治疗前两组血红蛋白、肌酸激酶、SOD、丙二醛、睾酮水平及10 m步行时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组较对照组肌酸激酶、丙二醛水平降低,血红蛋白、SOD、睾酮水平升高,10 m步行时间缩短(P<0.05)。结论服用玉米肽治疗脑卒中康复患者,生化指标及运动能力改善,提示玉米肽具有清除自由基抑制过氧化损伤的功能和提高运动能力,促进疲劳恢复的作用。Objective To explore corn peptid＇s influence over certain biochemistry targets and motor ability of patients after stroke,then provide the basis for future application of corn peptid as a natural movement nutritional supplement. Methods24 patients after stroke admitted by the Second Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from September 2013 to June 2014 were equally divided into 12 in experimental group and 12 in control group by random number table method and they all received3 months＇ Tai Chi training alone after rehabilitation. During normal training,the experimental group took orally corn peptid for 4weeks,while the control group took placebo for 4 weeks and then they were respectively tested the following biochemistry targets：Hemoglobin（ Hb）,creatine kinase（ CK）,SOD and MDA,blood serum testosterone and walking time of 10 m. Results Before taking corn peptid,the two groups had no significant differences in each target（ P〉 0. 05）; after taking peptid,compared with those of the control group,the experimental group＇s CK,MDA dropped,Hb,SOD and the blood serum testosterone increased and the walking time of 10 m reduced（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Corn peptid has good efficacy effects on stroke patients. It can improve patients＇ biochemistry targets and movement ability,suggesting that peptid has the function of eliminating free radical,suppressing the peroxidation damage and enhancing the motor ability and promoting weary restoration.
