心理情景剧对慢性精神分裂症患者共情能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理情景剧对慢性精神分裂症患者共情能力的影响。方法选取2013年3—12月河北省荣军医院住院的男性精神分裂症患者116例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组各58例。两组均服用原有抗精神病药,对研究组辅以心理情景剧治疗,3个月为1疗程。于干预前、后应用中文版人际反应指针量表(IRI-C)、阴性症状量表(SANS)、住院精神患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)、罗森伯格自尊量表(SES)、情绪-社交孤独问卷(ESLI)、得克萨斯社交行为问卷(TSBI)分别进行测定。结果组间比较:干预前两组中文版IRI-C总分及观点采择(PT)、幻想力(FS)、同情性关心(EC)和个人痛苦(PD)得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后研究组中文版IRI-C总分及PT、FS、EC得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。组内比较:两组干预后中文版IRI-C总分及PT、FS、EC得分均较干预前增加(P<0.05)。组间比较:干预前两组SANS、SSPI、TSBI、SES、ESLI得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组SANS、SSPI、TSBI、SES、ESLI得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组内比较:对照组干预前后SANS、SSPI、TSBI、SES、ESLI得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组干预前后SANS、SSPI、TSBI、SES、ESLI得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理情景剧能提高慢性精神分裂症患者的共情能力,改善阴性症状和社会功能,增加患者与人交往的自尊和自信心,减轻社交孤独。Objective To explore the influences of psychological sitcom on empathy of hospitalized chronic schizophrenics. Methods A total of 116 hospitalized patients from March to December 2013 in Rongjun Hospital,with chronic schizophrenia（ CS） were randomly divided into groups study and control,58 in each. Based on original antipsychotic agents,we supplemented group study with psychological sitcom,3 months as a course. We used Chinese version Interpersonal Reaction Pointer Scale（ IRI- C）,Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms（ SANS）,Scale of Social- Skills for Psychiatric Inpatients（ SSPI）,Rosenberg Self- Esteem Scale（ SES）,Emotional- Social Loneliness Inventory（ ESLI）,Texas Social Behavior Inventory（ TSBI） to assess the effects of psychological sitcom. Results In group comparison,there was no significant difference in IRI- C total score,scores of PT,FS,EC,PD between 2 groups before intervention（ P 〉0. 05）,and higher in study group than in control group after intervention（ P 〈0. 05）. In intra- group comparison,IRI- C total score,scores of PT,FS,EC were higher after intervention than before in 2 groups（ P 〈0. 05）. In group comparison,there was no difference in scores of SANS,SSPI,TSBI,SES,ESLI before intervention（ P 〉0. 05）,but there was after intervention（ P 〈0. 05）. In intra- group comparison,there was no difference in scores of SANS,SSPI,TSBI,SES,ESLI between pre- or post- intervention in control group（ P 〈0. 05）,but there was in study group（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological sitcom can improve CS patients＇ empathy ability,negative symptoms and social function,self- esteem and self- confidence in integrating with other people,reduce their social loneliness.
