摘 要:"风占"在中国古代历史悠久。古人很早便开始关注"风"与其他现象之间的联系,风的季候性的发现及其与时空相应体系的结合为"风占"的产生和系统化提供了条件。"风"源于"天地之合气",这一突破性的认识使得其成为古人借以把握变化之道的重要媒介而受到重视。《内经》继承和吸收了这些基本思想,并运用其解释人体生命现象及疾病生成的原因。透过对《内经》"风占"思想背后所蕴含的内在思维结构的分析,有助于理解中医"象思维"的重要内涵,藏象理论形成的时空背景,"补不足,泻有余""以平为期"的治疗逻辑以及"天人相应"的因果观念。"Wind divination" has a very long history in ancient China.People have paid attention to the connections between wind and other phenomena since ancient times.They found that wind came in sequence from different directions in a year,and thus it was involved in the synchro system of space and time,which was the basis on which "wind divination" worked and was systemized.The ground-breaking notion of wind as an appearance of the interaction between qi from the heaven and that from the earth made it become a crucial medium to know the change of qi.These ideas were absorbed in the Inner Canon of Huangdi to explain the mechanism of life and the causes of disease.Analysis of the internal thinking structure of "wind divination" in the Inner Canon of Huangdi is conducive to understanding the real meaning of the "image thinking" in traditional Chinese medicine,the spatio-temporal background for the formation of zang-manifestation theory,the therapeutic strategy to reduce excess or supplement insufficiency and achieve a moderate outcome,and the causality of heaven-human induction.
