摘 要:现代数字化矿井的发展对高职矿山机电专业学生理论知识、实践技能和综合素质提出了更高的要求,而传统"三段式"人才培养模式已滞后于产业及技术的发展,影响学生职业岗位能力的培养。通过广泛的企业调研,重新进行了专业定位,构建了基于"校企联动、工学交替"的高职院校矿山机电专业人才培养模式,在教学实践中收到了明显效果。The development of modern digital coal mine requires more for the students'theoretical knowledge,practical skill as well as overall quality of mineral mechanical electrical specialty.However,traditional"three-stage"talent training mode has lagged behind the industrial and technical development,which has affected the students'occupational ability training.By means of wide business investigation,vocational field has been reoriented,the talent training mode of mineral mechanical electrical specialty in high technical college has been built.The mode"college-business linkage,work-study alternation"has obtained obvious effects during the teaching practice.
