摘　　要：文化产业管理专业在我国出现"专业热就业冷"的尴尬局面,一个重要的原因就是高校培养的专业人才不符合社会与市场的需求,而造成这个结果的根本原因就是培养机制的滞后。文化产业管理专业是一个实践性极强的专业,因此,构建实践性教学模式在当下显得尤为重要。In China,the Culture Industry Management Major is embarrassed by the situation of＂hot recruitment,cold employment＂,which is caused by the lag-behind train system.The talents who were trained by the system could not meet the demand of society and market.If fact,the major should pay more attention to the experimental teaching and will make it.
