摘　　要：对中外高校图书馆道德教育的发展过程、教育方式、教育主体3个方面进行比较,得出国外高校图书馆的道德教育对我国的启示:转变服务理念,创新服务模式,提高道德教育质量;拓展教育内容,创新教育方法,建立多元化的道德教育模式;注重理论学习,强化队伍建设,提高馆员道德教育素质。The paper compares moral education of university library between China and foreign counties from 3 aspects of development process, educational way and educational main-body, and reaches the enlightenments for moral education of university library in China, which includes transforming service ideas, innovating service modes and improving moral education quality; broadening content of moral education, innovating education method and establishing multiple moral education pattern; paying attention to theoretical study, strengthening personnel construction and improving librarian＇s quality of moral education.
