高职院校共青团组织促进大学生就业创业路径研究——基于实践育人平台建设的视角

摘　　要：根据高职院校共青团的特点,基于实践育人平台建设的视角,探索和实践共青团组织促进大学生就业创业路径,通过搭建大学生素质拓展教育平台,实施VPE模式,丰富引导大学生的工作载体,探索校企共建团支部,构建学校、企业、地方"三位一体"团组织共建模式,把大学生社会实践与大学生就业创业紧密结合,做好大学生创业平台建设和创业导师团队建设,不断提升大学生就业和创业能力。According to the characteristics of Communist Youth League organization with higher vocational colleges, and based on the perspective of construction of education and practice platform, this paper explores and study the methods adopted by the organization of Communist Youth League to promote graduates＇ employment and entrepreneurship. The organization can construct an education platform for developing students＇ quality implement the VPE mode, enrich the work carrier for guiding the students, build up Youth League branch by school-enterprise cooperation, construct the mode of ＂three-in-one＂, namely, college-enterprise-local government cooperation, to build Youth League organization, integrate off-campus practice with employment and entrepreneurship, and strengthen the construction of enterprise platform and consultant team.
