摘　　要：长期以来,高职院校顶岗实习工作面临着资源匮乏、管理缺失等众多问题,对学生就业与择业造成不利影响。利用政策的支持与引导,加强与中小企业的合作,创新工作机制,完善管理制度才是提高顶岗实习工作质量关键,才能帮助学生顺利度过整个实习过程,熟悉岗位工作,提高综合职业能力,并为学生今后步入职场生涯做好铺垫。For a time, internship at higher vocational colleges is faced with lack of resources, lack of management and many other issues, which has resulted in adverse impact on students＇ employment and career development. Under the guidance and support of the policies now, we may improve the quality of internship by strengthening SME cooperation, innovating working mechanism and consummating management system. Thus, internship students will benefit from better understanding of their job, enhancing comprehensive vocational ability and hopeful career development.
