山东省水产食品安全现状及对策分析

摘　　要：山东省有丰富的水产资源,但近年来山东水产品在出口总量和出口创汇等方面均降幅明显。本文分析山东省水产品出口现状,探讨影响山东省水产品行业健康发展的原因,并提出通过扎实推进水产健康养殖、加强质量标准体系建设、提高企业自检能力、完善追溯制度和信息公开、构建全覆盖监管网络、完善产地水产品抽检制度等来增强水产品的国际竞争力。Shandong province is rich in aquatic resources,but the total exported aquatic products and foreign exchange-earning fell significantly in recent years.This paper explored the reasons affecting the healthy development of the aquatic industry in Shandong province and put up countermeasures to enhance the international competitiveness of aquatic products including pushing forward the healthy aquaculture,strengthening the quality standard system,improving self-test capability of the companies,improving and perfecting traceability system and information disclosure,building full coverage of the regulatory network,enhancing sampling system of aquatic origin,etc.
