摘 要:传统的波形钢腹板PC组合梁,在荷载长期作用下,易产生挠度过大的问题,从而影响桥梁安全。为了改善这一情况,提出了一种新型的波形钢腹板PC组合梁——改善型波形钢腹板PC组合梁,并依据传统力学理论,采用实验结合有限元方法,对改善型波形钢腹板PC组合梁的抗弯性能进行研究。研究结果表明:改善型波形钢腹板PC组合梁较传统波形钢腹板PC组合梁具有更大的抗弯极限承载力、更大的抗弯刚度、更好的抗裂性等等,并且能较大程度地改善传统波形钢腹板PC组合梁挠度过大问题。Large deflection may occur in the traditional prestressed concrete (PC) composite box girder with corrugated steel webs if it is under the loading action for a long time, which endangers the bridge. In order to overeome this shortcoming, a new type of PC composite box girder, is presented as an alternative solution, i.e., the improved composite box girder with corrugated steel webs. On the basis of traditional theory of mechanics, by combin: ng the finite element method and test method, the flexural strength of the improved composite box girder is studied. The conclusion is drawn that the improved composite box girder showed better ultimate capabilities, flexural rigidity, and the anticrack than the common composite box girder with corrugated steel webs. Therefore, this solution can overcome the shortcoming of large deflection in the traditional composite box girder with corrugated steel webs to a large extent.
