摘　　要：高等学校大学生科技创新团队的构建是培养大学生创新能力的必然要求,对提高大学生的综合素质起着积极作用。材料化学是一门实践性很强的学科,因此,在材料化学专业中开展大学生科技创新团队的研究与实践尤为重要。文章以华南农业大学材料化学专业为例,对现阶段大学生科技创新团队建设的现状及实践进行了探讨,以期为高校大学生科技创新团队的建设提供有益的参考。The construction of college students＇ science and technology innovation team （STIT） in colleges and universities is the inevitable requirement to develop the innovative ability, and playing a positive role to improve the comprehensive quality of undergraduate college students. Materials chemistry is a practical specialty. Therefore, the investigation and practice of STIT is particularly important to college students of material chemistry specialty. Taking the material chemistry specialty in South China Agricultural University as example, the article discusses the current advances and practice of the STIT, and is expected to provide a useful reference for the establishment of STIT in colleges and universities.
