摘　　要：现行初中德育体系强调班主任单兵作战,非班主任教师德育职能不断弱化。作者从十几年的德育实践出发,通过问卷调查、班级实验、个案分析等科研方法,总结非班主任教师德育职能弱化现象的表现,挖掘非班主任教师德育职能弱化的主要原因,探究全员德育的有效策略,以期为初中德育走出困境提供有实际价值的研究成果。Presently the system of junior middle moral education only puts emphasis on the functions of headteachers, while constantly weakening the moral educational functions of non-headteachers. This author, based on over ten years of his own moral educational practice, summarizes the weakening phenomena by way of questionnaires, classroom experiments and case analyses, explores the main reasons, and probes into the effective strategies for all staff＇s participation in moral education, hoping to provide the valuable research fruits for junior middle moral education escaping the predicament.
