摘　　要：当代哲学家杨国荣在《伦理与存在》一著中,以历史考察与哲学沉思的交融为前提,系统阐述了道德形上学在当代发展的理论形态。这一理论形态体现了当代道德形上学理论建构的突破。其理论突破主要体现在四个方面,即对道德何以可能问题追问的方法论层面的突破,以及对伦理与本体、伦理与认识,以及道德形上学中的形式与实质如何统一等问题反思和辨析的理论突破。As a modern philosopher, based on the integration of historical observation and philosophical re- flection, Professor Yang Guorong systematically elaborates the theory of modern moral metaphysics in his Morality and Being, which is a theoretical breakthrough in the theoretical construction of modern moral metaphysics. There are four aspects in the breakthrough： One is to question closely why the moral is possi- ble from changing methodology. The other three is to reflect and analyze the unification between morality and ontology, morality and cognition, the form and essence of moral metaphysics.
