摘 要:采用磁轴承的高速永磁电机在遇到电力故障时,若没有保护措施,高速旋转的转子会直接掉落在保护轴承上,影响其寿命。针对该问题,选用Buck电路作为开关变换器的主拓扑结构,提出一种基于滑模算法和PID控制的磁悬浮永磁电机电力失效补偿方法,通过PID调节器保证系统的稳定控制精度,同时利用滑模算法提高系统在大信号扰动下的响应。仿真和实验结果表明,和传统基于电压闭环PID控制方法相比,这种电力失效补偿系统具有稳定性好,动态响应速度快,鲁棒性强的特点。The high speed rotor of magnetic suspended permanent the protection bearings if power failure occured with non-effective magnet motor would directly touch down compensation method. To solve this problem, the buck converter was used and a power failure com- pensation method of magnetic suspended PM motors combining sliding mode and PID control algorithms was also proposed. The PID regulator was used to minimize the steady-state error, while the sliding mode control- ler was used to improve system response under large signal disturbances.
