摘　　要：学习型城市从理念产生到国际范围内的多样实践,内涵得到不断丰富。整合了学习型城市、健康城市与绿色城市三大理念的可持续机会城市概念的推出,丰富与拓展了学习型城市的内涵,为正在兴起的全球性学习型城市建设热潮提供思考与启迪。The connotation of learning city has been constantly enriched from the concept to the diver- sified practice within international background. With the integration of the concept of learning city, healthy city and green city, the Sustainable Opportunity City enriches and expands the connotation of l_g.aming City, and provides inspiration for emerging global learning city construction boom.
