摘　　要：《中医内科学》是中医教学中的一门主干课程,是以中医理论为基础的一门临床学科。中医内科的水平在很大程度上反映了中医临床医学的发展水平,这门课程的改革和发展将对整个中医教学的发展起到重要作用。针对《中医内科学》教学内容枯燥、教学形式单一、与临床结合不紧密等问题,探讨了以学生为中心,为学生创造自主学习的教学环境,促使学生积极主动学习等开放式教学模式在《中医内科学》教学中的运用。Internal medicine of TCM is one of the main courses in teaching of traditional Chinese medicine, is a clinical discipline based on the theory of Chinese medicine. TCM department of internal medicine level reflects the level of development of clinical medicine in a large extent, the reform and development of this course will be an important role for the development of the whole Chinese teaching. According to the problems existing in the teaching of internal medicine of TCM, such as boring teaching content, single teaching form,combined with clinical not closely and other issues, discussing student - centered, the creation of independent learning environment and promotion students＇ active learning using open teaching mode in teaching Internal medicine of TCM.
