摘  要:目前在社会转型的背景下,日益紧张的医患关系在一定程度上显示出医学教育在人文素质教育方面的欠缺。因此,医学院校注重医学生人文素质的培养是现实需要。大学英语教学是提高医学生人文素质的有效途径,培养医学生人文素质的实施策略主要表现在:深入挖掘教材中的医学人文教育因素;扩展课外内容,提高英语能力的同时提升人文素质;注重教师自身的人文修养,营造人文氛围;重视培养医学生的团队合作和与人沟通的能力。At present, under the background of social transformation, increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship has exposed the shortage of humanistic education. Therefore, medical colleges universities pay attention to the cultivation of medical students' humanistic quality is the need of reality. College English teaching is an effective way to improve medi- cal students humanities quality, the implementation of the strategy to cultivate the medical students' humanistic quality is mainly manifested , including dig the teaching material of medical humanities education factors;Expand extra-curricular content and improve the ability of English at the same time to promote quality;Pay attention to the teacher's own humani- ties accomplishment, create a humanities atmosphere; Attach importance to the training of medical students teamwork and the ability to communicate with people.
