摘　　要：以应用电子技术专业为例,阐述了如何构建"工学交替"人才培养模式下的实践教学体系,总结了实施过程中实习基地的建立、教学安排、管理、质量控制等方面的做法与经验,为今后进一步探索"工学交替"人才培养奠定良好的基础。The paper,taking the major of electronic technology application as an example,discussed how to construct personnel training practice teaching system under the mode of alternation of work and learning,summed up the aspects of practice,experience of establis-hing the practice base,teaching arrangement,managing,quality control in the implementation process. It lays a good foundation for culti-vating talents for future to further explore the ＆quot;alternation of work and learning＆quot;.
