大学生职业素养课程中口头表达能力训练模式探讨

摘　　要：口头表达能力作为职业素养的重要组成部分,是学生未来生存发展所需的基本能力。本文基于以学生为中心的理念,将讨论式教学法应用于高校学生的职业素养课程,并形成了一套关于训练学生口头表达能力的教学模式。因该模式的训练课已经在武汉软件工程职业学院广泛应用,本文根据实践效果对讨论式教学法的利弊进行了深入分析,以更好的推动我国大学生职业素养教学模式的探索。As an important part of professional quality, oral expression ability is the basic competence which decides a student＇s survival and personal development in the future. Based on student-centered philosophy, this paper applies discussion-based teaching method in professional quality courses of college students and forms a set of teaching mode in training student＇s oral expression ability. This teaching mode has been widely applied in Wuhan Vocational College of Software and Engineering. Based on its practical effectiveness, the paper makes an in-depth analysis of the pros and cons of discussion-based teaching method, thus furthering promote the exploration of professional quality teaching mode.
