摘 要:对汽车引擎盖外板的拉延成形过程进行了研究,采用Dynaform软件对其成形过程进行了有限元仿真分析。针对拉延成形过程中出现的拉裂和起皱等缺陷进行了模拟分析,通过优化工艺参数,获得了较好的成形结果,最大变薄率为29.2%,最大增厚率为7.8%,符合成形零件要求;进行拉延成形试模,试模零件最大变薄率为28.6%,最大增厚率为7.1%;进行仿真模拟与试模成形的变薄率计算对比。研究结果表明,仿真分析结果与试模结果基本一致。The drawing process of automobile engine cover plate was researched and the finite element simulation of the drawing process was carried out by Dynaform. The defects such as wrinkles and cracks during forming were analyzed by numerical simulation, and preferable forming results were obtained by optimizing the process parameters. The maximum thinning rate is 29.2% and the maximum thickening rate is 7.8%, which meet the forming requirement. Then, the actual drawing test was carried out, the maximum thinning rate was 28.6% and the maximum thickening rate was 7. 1%, comparison of thinning rate calculation between simulation and actual drawing tese was condwted. The results show that the simulation analysis is in agreement with the actual drawing test.
