美国药学专业学位研究生教育的启示

摘　　要：介绍了美国药学专业学位研究生教育(Pharm.D)的培养目标、发展历程、招录方式、学制、课程设置、师资培养、毕业就业等方面,比较了我国全日制药学专业学位硕士教育与美国药学专业学位研究生教育之间的异同,分析了我国全日制药学专业学位硕士教育的存在问题,提出了值得我国吸收和借鉴的先进经验。This paper introduces the postgraduate education of the pharmacy major （Pharm. D） in America, including its training objective, development, enrollment, schooling, curriculum setting, staff training, and employment of the graduates. It also makes the comparison between the postgraduate education of the pharmacy major in China and that in America, analyzes the problems existing in the postgraduate education in China, and proposes worthwhile experiences.
