摘　　要：近年来海洋工程制造业异军突起,作为新兴行业,我国海洋工程制造业的产业工人的培养模式沿袭船舶制造业,其知识体系和实践能力与海洋工程制造工业实际要求差别较大,企业缺乏专门的海洋工程专业人才,其人才培养方模式改革势在必行。In recent years,the offshore engineering manufacturing suddenly rises as an emerging industry. The training mode of workers who is in offshore manufacturing industry follows the ship industry in China’s. The knowledge system and practical ability has great difference with the practical requirements of offshore industry. The enterprises lack the specialized talents of offshore, the talent training mode reform is necessary.
