高职院校人才培养模式改革探析

摘　　要：高等职业院校人才培养模式是高职院校在一定的教育理论和教育思想指导下,为实现高等职业教育人才培养目标和规格而采取的人才培养活动的组织模式和运行方式的综合。目前高职院校人才培养模式存在的主要问题有目标定位不准确,办学特色不鲜明;专业设置与区域经济发展脱节;教育模式、教学方法没有真正走出高校学科体系的束缚。高等职业教育人才培养模式改革应从"学历本位"到"能力本位"转化,从"学科中心"到"受教者中心"转化。校企深度合作是高职院校人才培养模式改革的必由之路。Under the guidance of some certain education theories and education thoughts, talent cultiva- tion mode in higher vocational colleges is a combination of talent eultivation＇s organization pattern and oper- ation mode, which is used to realize higher vocational colleges＇ objectives and specifications of talent cultiva- tion. But at present, there are some main problems of talent cultivation mode in higher vocational colleges, for example, the target orientation is inaccurate, the school-running characteristics is indistinctive, the spe- cialty setting and regional economic development are disconnected and the education mode and teaching methods are not really out of the bondage of university subject system. So it is time to reform the talent cul- tivation mode in higher vocational colleges, namely turn education standard into ability standard and convert subject-centered to the educated-centered, while the in-depth school-enterprise cooperation is the inevitable course for reforming the talent cultivation mode in higher vocational colleges.
