摘　　要：通过总结国内外物流企业人力资源管理外包的理论研究成果,以及企业人力资源管理外包的实施流程,构建物流企业人力资源管理外包的对策模型,在此基础上进一步剖析了物流企业人力资源管理外包决策在实施中所面临的风险,同时提出了应对物流企业人力资源管理外包风险的措施,为物流企业人力资源管理外包决策的实施提供了参考。In this paper, through reviewing the findings of the domestic and foreign studies on the outsourced human resources management of the logistics enterprises as well as the process for the implementation of the outsourcing, we built the corresponding counteractive model and on such basis further discussed the risked faced in the implementation of the outsourcing decision by the logistics enterprises while proposing the specific countermeasures.
