摘　　要：针对目前企业物流资产合并、重组中物流资产价值被低估的问题,结合企业物流的特殊性,建立了企业物流集成度模型对企业物流资产进行评估,并通过具体的评估案例验证了理论方法的可行性,为企业物流合作、协同以及利益分配建立稳固的基础。In this paper, in view of the problems in the M＆A and restructuring of logistics assets experienced by enterprises and considering the uniqueness of enterprise logistics, we built an logistics integration model to evaluate the logistics assets of the enterprises and through a specific case demonstrated the feasibility of the method.
