摘　　要：随着高校招生规模的扩大和办学成本的提高,一些学校开始实行社区化管理,笔者所在的重庆交通大学即实行"学院——社区"的管理模式。此模式在大学生学习动力辅导中存在不少问题,主要表现为:帮扶职责不明,容易出现推诿扯皮现象;帮扶对象重叠,容易出现重复劳动现象;帮扶心理懈怠,容易出现疲闲并具现象。本文以辅导员为例,寻求解决的办法,首先要厘清各自的职责,其次要加强交流和沟通,以学生为本,营造主体间性交互关系。With the expansion of college enrollment and the increase of school running cost,some schools began to implement community management. For example, Chongqing Jiaotong University implemented the college--community management mode. This model has many problems in the motivation counseling of college students. These problems include that the helping responsibility is unclear, so there aremany shuffling phenomenon, the supportingobjects are overlapped, so the labor iswasted, and the helping behaviors are slacked, so there are fatigue and idle phenomenon. The paper takes the counselor as an example to find a wayto solve theseproblems. We should firstly clarify our respective functions andduties, and secondly strengthen exchanges andcommunication, take students as themain body tocreate interaction between subjects.
