校政企联手推进模具专业校外实习实训基地建设——以学院与中国轻工(余姚)模具城合作为例

摘　　要：校外实习实训基地是高职院校推进产教融合、校企协同育人的平台,是学生专业技术技能和职业素养综合训练的课堂,也是学生增强职业能力、了解社会、就业创业的窗口。分析我院模具专业校外实习实训基地建设情况,专业建设发展要与发达地区接轨,不断壮大校外实习实训基地,发挥基地的作用,完成模具等专业学生顶岗实习和教师培训等任务,获得了满意的效果,促进模具专业的发展与创新。The off- campus training base is the platform to promote the cooperation of production -teaching and college - enterprise education and to train students＇ professional skills and comprehensive quality. Meanwhile,it is the window to in- crease the professional ability, acquaint the society and get a job. The article analyzs the construction condition of the off - campus training base and points out that the development of the profession construction should connect with the modern are- as and more bases to train students mean to promote the development and innovation of the major of mold.
