摘　　要：6S管理可以改善现场环境,提升职业素养,培养协作能力,深化校企合作。本文主要从上述方面论述了在高职经管类实训室中实施6S管理的必要性,以及在推行过程中存在的问题,并针对问题展开讨论,找出了一些问题的解决对策。6S management can improve the environment of the site, improve occupation accomplishment, train the ability of cooperation and deepen the school-enterprise cooperation. This paper mainly discusses the necessity of implementing 6S management in the economics and management training room of higher vocational colleges from the aspects above, as well as the existing problems in the process of implementation, and solutions to some problems are found out through discussion.
