摘　　要：目的:建立基于精细化管理理论的医学教学模式。方法:在医学细胞生物学和遗传学课程教学运行过程的课前准备、课堂教学、课外拓展学习、考核等环节运用精细化理论进行细化管理,组织教学。结果:通过改革,形成教学"密切结合科研,密切结合实践,密切结合新进展"的特色教育模式。结论:精细化培养是高等人才培养的有效途径之一。运用精细化的管理思想构建人才培养体系,是现阶段高等教育发展的需要。Objective： To establish the medical teaching mode based on the delicacy management theory.Methods： In the teaching of medical cell biology and genetics, the delicacy management was taken to organize teaching in the process of preparation, class teaching, extracurricular learning and evaluation system. Results：The characteristic education mode of ＂teaching closely combined with scientific research, practice and the new progress＂was built. Conclusion： Delicacy cultivation is one of the effective ways of higher personnel training. Using delicacy management thoughts to build talent cultivation system is necessary in developing higher education at present.
