对高校基层党组织设置的思考——以上饶师范学院为例

摘　　要：以上饶师范学院基层党组织设置为研究对象,通过对现状的调研,分析存在的问题及产生的原因,明确基层组织设置的指导思想及基本原则;探求基层组织设置的分类及有效模式;注意处理好创新与实效、创新与因地制宜、创新与配套跟进等关系;健全对基层党组织工作的评价机制等四个方面探索优化高校基层党组织设置的对策。This paper researches on the construction of basic-level party organization in Shangrao Normal University .By investigat-ing the current situation ,analyzing the existent problems and the possible causes ,this paper explores how to optimize the university basic-level party building from the following four aspects：first ,clearly defining the guiding ideology and basic principles in basic-level party organization;second ,probing into its categories and effective modes;third ,paying special attention to balance three relations i .e .innovation and substantial results ,innovation and adaptation to the local conditions ,and innovation and follow-up;fourth ,improving the evaluation mechanism of the basic-level party work .
