摘  要:在新建本科院校向培养高层次技术技能人才的应用技术类型高校转型时期,第二课堂在学生实践能力培养中的作用日益凸显。目前,新建本科院校第二课堂存在定位不准确、内容不成体系、保障不到位、管理评价缺失等问题,导致第二课堂本应承载的实践任务被弱化。围绕应用型人才培养目标,三明学院从人才培养模式改革顶层设计入手,通过"课程化"、"学分化"和"项目化"重构第二课堂,有效延伸了课内实践教学时间,拓展了实践教学疆域,促进实践教学方法改革,搭建了一个课内课外相结合、显隐性互补的有效促进学生实践能力提升的育人平台。In the transformation of newly-established undergraduate universities to application-oriented technical universities which cultivate high-level technical talents,the second classroom is playing an increasingly important role in the training of students' practical ability.Currently,there are some problems in the second classroom of newly-established undergraduate universities,such as inaccurate orientation,unsystematic content,inadequate guarantee,deficient management and evaluation,etc.,which have weakened the practical task,the second classroom should have been undertaken.Centering on the objective of cultivating applicationoriented talents,and starting from the top design of talent cultivation mode reform,the second classroom of Sanming University has been reconstructed based on curriculum,credit and project,which has effectively extended the time of in-class practical teaching,expanded the scope of practical teaching,promoted the reform of practical teaching method,and established an educational platform to effectively promote the improvement of students' practical ability,in which in-class and after-class are integrated,and the explicitness and implicitness can be complemented each other.
